The following 5-day workshop is our comprehensive introductory workshop. This work is suitable for those implementing a new diversity strategy, introducing new employees to an existing D&I strategy, and it can also be booked as a regular basic and in-depth training. If required, the individual topics can also be offered as separate modules, as they each form a self-contained unit.
Furthermore, a half-day in-depth module "Follow-Up" (also possible remotely) is recommended as a follow-up to consolidate the learning effect.

Unconscious Bias in recruitment and selection processes

Objective:
The cost of attracting high-quality professionals is staggering. Therefore, companies can hardly afford to let biases influence their talent acquisition process. This workshop is aimed at directing the recognition of unconscious biases at a very central level: selection and interviewing. Managers make much better hiring decisions when they have a heightened level of personal awareness regarding this particular issue. Bystander Intervention Training
Bystander Intervention Training for employees and managers provides an effective tool to prevent and stop harassment, bullying, discrimination, bias and extremism in the workplace.
What is bystander intervention training?
Bystander intervention is the process of recognizing a potentially harmful or hurtful interaction and the intervention by "bystanders" to positively and peacefully influence the outcome.
True change take place once employees feel encouraged to speak up when directly or indirectly confronted with behavior that is not consistent with the desired company culture.
With the effective use of methods, communication techniques, and appropriate encouragement from leadership, an organization can succeed in empowering its employees to create and live out an open and appreciative corporate culture.
